What Rent Agent does

Rent Agent keeps an eye on 14 regional rental portals run by Dutch housing associations. You describe what you are looking for once; from then on the agent checks every new listing against your filter and posts the matches to your Telegram chat within minutes.

The portals cover Limburg, Eindhoven and Helmond, Northeast Brabant, Breda and West Brabant, Tilburg and Central Brabant, Zeeland and Bergen op Zoom, Achterhoek, De Woningzoeker, Friesland, Thuiskompas, OFW, Holland Rijnland, Haaglanden and Thuispoort student housing.

Who it is for

How to get started

1. Create an account with email, Google or Telegram.

2. Set up a filter: city or municipality, rent, floor area, bedrooms, property type, energy label and the portals you want to search.

3. Link Telegram. New homes that match your filter show up in the chat within minutes.

Good to know

Rent Agent is an independent service and is not affiliated with the portals it follows. Every message links to the original listing; you apply on the portal yourself.
