The registration page covers registration time (inschrijfduur), which builds up once you are registered, and the spoedmodule, an urgency route: to respond through it you must have been registered continuously with one of the participating municipalities for at least a year. Registration is paid: one fee for the first year and a lower one for each year after. Keep your details current, or an offer can be withdrawn.

The portal covers municipalities in West Overijssel: Kampen, Steenwijkerland, Zwartewaterland, Zwolle, Raalte, Olst-Wijhe, Dalfsen, Staphorst, Ommen and Hardenberg. For rent there are homes, parking spaces and garages (registration required); homes for sale and commercial space need no registration. There are also care complexes (zorgcomplexen) and new-build projects.
