New rentals from woningzoeken.ofw.nl, straight to Telegram

About woningzoeken.ofw.nl

woningzoeken.ofw.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes. You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

Of the allocation rules only passend toewijzen is described: you can only respond to homes that fit your household’s combined income, and once logged in you only see those. The “Hoe werkt het?” page does not say how candidates are ranked.

The offer is in the municipality of Dronten (Dronten, Biddinghuizen, Swifterbant). The menu has rental homes (huurwoningen), garages, new-build and recently rented.

How Rent Agent helps

Rent Agent checks woningzoeken.ofw.nl regularly. When something new appears, the agent compares it with your filter: city or municipality, rent, floor area, bedrooms, property type and energy label.

If the home fits, a Telegram message with a link to the original listing reaches you within minutes, so you can apply in time.
