Achterhoek: new rentals from thuisindeachterhoek.nl, straight to Telegram

About thuisindeachterhoek.nl

thuisindeachterhoek.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes (Achterhoek). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

According to the general terms, a home stays online for three days (new-build seven) and goes to a candidate by registration time and lottery. Some homes are offered directly to a seeker without appearing on the website, so you will not see them in the listings. You can only respond through the website or app, with no more than three responses open at once. Registration is free and open from age 18.

The portal shows social rent in the Achterhoek from ProWonen, Plavei, Sité Woondiensten, Wonion, Woonzorg Nederland and De Woonplaats. Besides rentals it has parking and storage, homes for sale (you can respond without registering), the De Woonplaats offer and home exchange (woningruil).

How Rent Agent helps

If the home fits, a Telegram message with a link to the original listing reaches you within minutes, so you can apply in time.
