New rentals from thuiskompas.nl, straight to Telegram

About thuiskompas.nl

thuiskompas.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes. You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

A home stays online for four days, and the ad states the deadline for responding. You can respond once you are registered and have entered your income. How the order of candidates is set, the “Zoeken en reageren” page does not explain, so it is worth asking the corporation.

The portal brings together the homes of the housing corporations of Drenthe and the surrounding area. Its menu has “Huurhuizen” (rental homes), “Nieuwbouw” and “Parkeerruimtes” (parking); new homes are added daily as they become available.

How Rent Agent helps

Rent Agent checks thuiskompas.nl regularly. When something new appears, the agent compares it with your filter: city or municipality, rent, floor area, bedrooms, property type and energy label.

If the home fits, a Telegram message with a link to the original listing reaches you within minutes, so you can apply in time.

How to get started

Create an account, pick Thuiskompas among the portals in your filter and link Telegram. After that there is no need to keep refreshing the portal yourself.
