Thuispoort student housing: new rentals from thuispoortstudentenwoningen.nl, straight to Telegram

About thuispoortstudentenwoningen.nl

thuispoortstudentenwoningen.nl is a rental housing portal (Thuispoort student housing). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

All rooms are drawn by lottery, the portal says, to keep it fair. Each ad has a closing date; after it the system puts all responses in random order and the one in first place is offered the room. Responding earlier gives no advantage.

The rooms and student homes are in Boxtel and 's-Hertogenbosch and are let by BrabantWonen and Woonstichting JOOST. You can register from age 16. You can respond to several rooms at once, but no more than two offers can be open at the same time. Before accepting you may turn a room down with no effect on your registration; after accepting, backing out can cost money (the rules are in the offer email).
