Zeeland and Bergen op Zoom: new rentals from zuidwestwonen.nl, straight to Telegram

About zuidwestwonen.nl

zuidwestwonen.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes (Zeeland and Bergen op Zoom). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

The “Volgordebepaling” page describes five methods: inschrijfduur (longest registered first), eerste reactie (first to respond, registration time does not count), loting (a random pick from all responses), snelle reageerder (on the first day a draw among the responses received between 20:00 and 20:30; later ones follow in order of arrival) and Wens & Wacht (you state a preference once for a group of homes and wait until your turn comes).

The portal covers Zeeland and West Brabant. Its navigation also lists woningruil, home exchange.
