Breda and West Brabant: new rentals from klikvoorwonen.nl, straight to Telegram

About klikvoorwonen.nl

klikvoorwonen.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes (Breda and West Brabant). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

The “Hoe werkt het?” page lists these methods: inschrijfduur (the longest-registered is offered the home first), eerste reageerder (first to respond), loting (the first candidate is drawn from all responses) and reactie met motivatie, where registration time or a draw sets the order and the landlord then decides on the motivation. Some groups get priority, such as Wmo candidates, people aged 55 and over, and large families. Passend toewijzen applies too: you can only respond to homes that fit your income and household.

The portal searches “all of West Brabant”. Its offer includes rental homes, parking spaces and garages, new-build, special housing forms (bijzondere woonvormen) and home exchange (woningruil). The page does not name individual municipalities.
