Limburg: new rentals from thuisinlimburg.nl, straight to Telegram

About thuisinlimburg.nl

thuisinlimburg.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes (Limburg). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

Most homes here go to whoever has been registered the longest (inschrijfduur). Some go to the first person who responds or are drawn by lottery (loting); registration time then does not count. You can only respond once you are registered on the portal.

The portal covers Limburg and Zuid-Oost Brabant. Its menu has rental homes, parking and storage, new-build, “Op termijn beschikbaar” and recently rented; there is no separate home-exchange (woningruil) section. Rent Agent does not follow the “Op termijn beschikbaar” section.

How Rent Agent helps

Rent Agent checks thuisinlimburg.nl regularly. When something new appears, the agent compares it with your filter: city or municipality, rent, floor area, bedrooms, property type and energy label.

If the home fits, a Telegram message with a link to the original listing reaches you within minutes, so you can apply in time.

How to get started

Create an account, pick Limburg among the portals in your filter and link Telegram. After that there is no need to keep refreshing the portal yourself.
