Eindhoven and Helmond: new rentals from wooniezie.nl, straight to Telegram

About wooniezie.nl

wooniezie.nl is one of the portals where Dutch housing associations offer their rental homes (Eindhoven and Helmond). You browse the listings on the portal itself, and that is where you apply too.

Allocation and offer on this portal

The “how it works” page names two methods: inschrijfduur (the home goes first to whoever has been registered longest) and loting (everyone who responds has an equal chance). Passend toewijzen applies too: you first enter your income under “Mijn inkomen”, and that decides which homes you can respond to.

The portal serves the Eindhoven–Helmond region and names several dozen places, among them Veldhoven, Valkenswaard, Best, Nuenen and Someren. Besides rentals it lists parking and storage, new-build, flexwonen, woonwagens, commercial space and homes for sale; you only need to register for rental homes.

What the portal covers

The places and municipalities on the portal include Eindhoven, Helmond, Geldrop, Gemert, Valkenswaard, Waalre.

How Rent Agent helps

Rent Agent checks wooniezie.nl regularly. When something new appears, the agent compares it with your filter: city or municipality, rent, floor area, bedrooms, property type and energy label.

If the home fits, a Telegram message with a link to the original listing reaches you within minutes, so you can apply in time.

How to get started

Create an account, pick Eindhoven and Helmond among the portals in your filter and link Telegram. After that there is no need to keep refreshing the portal yourself.
